Ive always felt that North Koreas new nuclear capability was awful convenient timing to world events of the last few years.

Since this is the Conspiracy Theory room, how about this.

Ally Intel wasnt wrong about WMD in Iraq. Consider this. Our intel told us the NK did not have weapons capability. It did tell us that Suddam was there. With pressure from the US on the UN to push into Iraq further, and the imminent threat of George going into Iraq, Suddam had plenty of time to move WMDs.

Consider this

Through the politics of 17 deadlines come and gone, Suddam moves his WMDs to the next greatest Muslim population area, that isnt of Arab blood. NK has always been against the US, and treats its people much like Suddam did.

What if:

Suddam knew he was toast and said, okay, lets get rid of them, but not to an arab ally who can use them against us, but to the NKs. In return, we get their support against the US and create an ally with a large Muslim pop for covert ops.

Using the Persian Gulf, one could sail through the straights Down Under to Pyongyang.

Iraw had time, resources, and scrutiny had yet come into play for this event to occur.

Could this me a viable solution. If this indeed did happen (yes we have no proof), lets postulate a bit.
