The other one has almost as many commercials on tv as the car dealer! And they are just as annoying! Don't know this 100% but have heard lots of "rumors" as to who the 2 who were kept off the list were.

I heard about the car dealer dealing coke & yet managed to stay off the list - and his not being on the list really surprised me. I also heard the reason he stayed off the list was because he gave additional info incriminating others. Course this was all rumor so don't know how much validity it has.
