and I'm still trying to figure this one out...

A couple of months ago I went in for jury duty. Everyone was gathered in the hallway and before entering the room a clerk asked if everyone was a U.S. citizen. A well dressed, middle aged hispanic man walked up to her, showed his drivers license and said in broken english that he was not a U.S. citizen. He was politely let go and the process continued.

This begs a lot of questions. How did he get a legal driver's license? Did he lie just to miss jury duty? How many illegals do sit on juries?

Am I missing something here? Was I behind the door when the extra gray matter was passed out?
