Raed Saleh snuck into the UK illegally and subsequently arrested....for being there illegally. And now won a court case....for damages.....for being arrested.....because after illegally sneaking into the country they didn't tell him why he was being arrested.....
He's still in the country illegally. The court decided he'd been illegally arrested...for breaking the law...which no one debates is a legitimate law that he willfully violated. http://www.jpost.com/International/A...aspx?id=240063 http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7...129315,00.html England is finished. |

Raed Salah to be deported "at the earliest opportunity." A sensible decision by the UK.
Pro-Palestinian activist Raed Salah is set to be deported from the UK after a court ruled on Wednesday that his removal would be conducive to the public good, according to a statement released by the UK Home Office on Thursday... On Wednesday an immigration tribunal concluded that Salah has engaged in “the unacceptable behavior of fostering hatred” which might lead to inter-community violence in the UK. The tribunal considered five pieces of evidence against Salah: A poem he had written; a speech in which he invoked a ‘blood libel’ slur against Jews; claims that Israel intends to destroy the al-Aqsa Mosque; the outstanding charges he currently faces in Israel for incitement to violence and anti-Semitism and his conviction for funding organizations linked to Hamas. “We are satisfied that the appellant’s words and actions tend to be inflammatory, divisive, insulting and likely to foment tension and radicalism. They deal with issues which are highly sensitive in the context of the Israeli/Palestinian dispute,” the tribunal ruled. source: http://www.jpost.com/International/A...aspx?id=243430 |

He isn't deported, yet. It wouldn't surprise me, one bit, when or if his legal counsel finds some loophole; the favorite one is... deportation would be a violation of his/Saleh's human rights. This ploy has been used by murderers, common-criminals and the likes of Saleh numerous times and they have won. Human rights has become a self-inflicted wound in the side of the UK judiciary. All too often criminals or worse use it to pirouette about the UK's wigged-out, judicial system. This may well have been bantered about; nevertheless, as long as his feet are on UK soil, there is always the chance the decision mat be reversed; especially in the lofty UK.
Obviously, I hope I'm wrong; however, the UK has become a self-created parody and deservedly so. |

The Brits are daft enough to do just that... then they wonder why their kingdom is suffering from dry-rot. The people I know there are like animals awaiting slaughter. They know that the end is coming but can do precious little about it. My mother who is almost 80 told me that she's happy that her life is almost over and that she won't be around to see it. |

You mean the Israeli or the British Parliament, Mediocrates? I don't think he would gain anything more running for the Israeli Parliament. He is already the undisputed King of Al-Aqsa Mosque. But I wouldn't be surprised if he ran for the racist British Parliament ... and won.
Nor would I be surprised if he were awarded Knighthood somewhere down the road. SIR Raed Salah. |

Kingdom was meant as a joke; most folks there, whom I know, feel that their alleged kingdom is doomed. One doesn't have to read tea-leaves or gaze into a crystal ball to predict the UK's eventual total unraveling, if it isn't there already. If not, it is only a matter of time!
Sorry, I zigged when I should have zagged! |

Something I've been wondering about is if the Queen ever hints that something is not quite as it should be.
Although if we look back in history, the privileged were always the first to convert, so as to maintain their status. So it won't be "Paris is well worth a mass" but "Paris is well worth a salat" |

There are rumours Prince Chuck is a big fan if Islam. Now, whether this is true or not I couldn't say. He is a bit wobbly between the ears, as I see it, so where there's smoke there may be fire. This can be said about others within the hierarchy of western governments; nothing, if proved true, would set me back on my heels.
The Queen is a figurehead... I'm sure she has personal opinions but keeps them tucked in her nightstand or under her throne. |
