The far-left in Britain is not a political movement in the generally understood sense. The majority of its supporters don’t bother standing for election because they know they have absolutely no chance of getting anywhere. The majority of the far-left sects in Britain can’t even agree on who represents ‘authentic’ Marxism and, absent any chance of gaining the support of the electorate, divide their time between expressing hatred of other far-left cults and supporters of mainstream politics and attempting to hijack any movement or protest they think might provide opportunities for recruitment.

Because the far-left cultists are a moribund collection of cranks and losers, they have largely abandoned any commitment to serious politics and instead indulge in an orgy of hatred directed towards the country that has given them so much and towards the traditional scapegoat of all hate cults – the Jews. With the collapse of the Soviet Union and with the remaining Socialist Paradises being transparently oppressive, totalitarian failures, the far-left has eagerly jumped on board with Islamism, in which they see a mirror image of the same hatred they feel towards the world, and perhaps even to life itself.

Far-left cults pose as defenders of justice and morality, yet the fact that hatred is what really motivates them is clear when one looks at the kind of people they admire: anti-Semitic terrorist movements, fundamentalist ‘insurgents’ who kill British troops, and so on. If far-left cultists were primarily motivated by human compassion, they wouldn’t lend support to Hamas, they wouldn’t base their hatred of Israel on lie-filled propaganda, they wouldn’t cheer on genocidal Islamists who have total contempt for universal human rights, they wouldn’t delight in praising dictators and dictatorships, and they wouldn’t defend extremists who want to kill gay people and destroy free societies.
