Rehabilitation does mean training for normal life, and does not a normal life include voting?Reading!?Studying Politics a little, i.e. education?Should a prisoners life should be almost identical to a normal persons life, with the slight difference of stronger doors, if considering a violent offender for example?Isn't the EU connection very much about equality and human rights on many levels?
