The 30 day diet plan for weight loss is just basic. Its effectiveness only works for some whereas for most its effectiveness is challenged by researchers.

Hi! I think yes, 30 days is good period to have some results. But all depends on diet. Also to improve result you should workout, cardio will be the best decision. It can be running, boxing and so on. I recently bought punching bag stand from Merchdope site to be able to training at home. Quite good decision in my opinion!
