Default Plumbing Problems
While friends were in my Alba a few weeks ago I had a call back to me in the UK saying that when the downstairs W.C was flushed water and other substances were coming up in the shower tray, we managed to get a company to attend and the waste pipe under the patio was completely blocked with sewage which had been there a long time, it turned out that there was builders rubble in the pipe that joined the access point to the street manhole. The problems was quickly sorted with a rodding out and a jetting. On telling a neighbour about the problem we found that the guy who had laid his front patio had paved over the access point meaning that if the problem occurs half the patio would have to be broken up to find the access point, it seems that quite a few access points have been covered having had a look around. The problem for some people would be if a blockage occurs chaos will occur looking for somewhere to get in to do something about it.Not a pretty situation.

We have an Alba. Our neighbour had the same problem as Kevin B. Not pleasant.
