Hi folks,
I'm trying to find and round up people who have had problems with the pre-installation of their Airconditioning pipes in Novamar.

I had an Aircon unit (hot and cold) hooked up to the pre-installation about 2 years ago and have used it infrequently - I think my tenant used it.

Now that the heat kicks in, I have started to use it and have a nasty wet patch under the unit, leaving a stain etc.

Apparently, this is a very common problem and has occurred with many Novamar owners - so I'm trying to push the builders, TM Torreblanca to respond - even though they have told me that it is just outside the 3/4 year guarantee...

They'll have to open the wall, repair, seal, paint etc.

Could you let me know of similar experiences? I saw a lawyer this morning, the claims assessor is coming in the next few days... and I'm just getting preparing myself.
