This letter below was in the Costa Blanca News which might be if intrest to owners of wood burners .......... don't know if its any good or how it works .......... I looked on Ebay and they were a couple of quid cheaper........

"I just wanted to share with your readers a wonderful product I recently purchased on the internet from the UK.

As winter is rapidly approaching and the cost of firewood is ever increasing I went in search of an alternative and I came across a product called the ‘Logmaker’. According to the website you use your recyclable waste, such as newspapers, cardboard, cereal boxes as well as your dried garden waste, twigs, pine cones leaves etc, the more material you add the longer it lasts on your fire, and it’s totally free to make and you can use it instantly.

We tried it out just very recently and it really works. The newspaper encased logs lasted a long time, saving a lot of money buying fire wood and not having to take as many trips to the recycling bins.

If any of your readers are interested then log onto www.logmaker.org.uk for more information.

Best regards,
Mr and Mrs D Mercer "
