Is "Cesar" the same company that has just taken over Altomar II ??
If it is then we on Altomar II may be "out of the frying pan into the fire ", if Cesar are not collecting debts, and as I read it not keeping up with the problems on Brisamar. If they cannot cope with Brisamar, I wonder how they are to deal efficiently with Altomar I and II as well . |

Thanks again AHV.
Lets hope our committee are "on the ball" and don't wait around too long before collecting their dues. The more people who pay the more can be done to improve the community. I really cannot understand why some people are reluctant to pay their Community Charge promptly, after all we are not talking hundreds and hundreds of euros. |

also agree with rick & liz we really like our house & also our nieghbours everybody looks out for each other , but dont encroach on your privacey , i think atlas & dunaplay have a lot to answer they were meant to landscape more & renovate the pool area [ no chance ] they were the worst agents & builders you could deal with [& i am a builder ] because they were so late completing the final phases a lot of people pulled out
but even with all the hassle @ the start its still worth it & if you look @ other urbanisations , as we have ,you get a good deal for the price & our veiws are something else billy & linda. |

sorry must be missing something when im not in brismar
1 where is the rat infested bins in brisamar [ maybe too much vino ] 2 why bbq in yard when you have a front patio & roof terraces 3how do you know people are not learning spainish both myself & mi mujer are attending college in belfast so we can try & integrate with spainish people when we are in brisamar , but what is wrong with having english speaking friends ??? is it a law in spain that we have to communicate in spainish to be accepted into this european country, i think not 4 in case you havnt noticed there are flies everywhere in spain not just in brisamar . & finally i think your argument falls down because the original brisamar before we unncouthed rat infested reprabates arrived was inhabited by mainly spainish people , who by the way have made absolutly no effort what so ever to learn our language [ but i dont really expect them to ].5 dont be such a snob & take everbody & everything as you find it , brisamar will be a better place without yourself billy |
