I don't think so. The only place I know does them is in Santa Pola called Mangas, near the centre two streets back from the front on C/ Almitante antequera 19.
Their telephone number is 965414426 You can collect them same day etc. Anyone installing a "Photo Me" Booth in GA would make a fortune.

My wife and I used the photographer in El Altet,she took them on a digital camera and printed them off in minutes,paid about 8 euros for 8 photos.
They are situated on the main road through El Altet travelling towards Alicante,on the right hand side just past Caja Murcia Bank.

They are very helpful in the tourist office by the police station in santa pola.
Will give you a map and direct you to at least 3 shops doing passport photos.
You sit down have your photo taken by a real person and in minute they are done.Quite painless
