Hi Phil, by all accounts the meeting was a bit of a shambles with nothing being decided, it has been rescheduled to try to get some decisions for sometime towards the end of October.

The agenda was hijacked by lots of wasted debate on who owed the c17,000 Euros of community fees (out of a budget of an annual budget of c40,000 Euros). I have spoken to the adminisrator about this and apparantly due to a change in law he is now allowed to prosecute non payers and this is what he is doing.

The agenda for the meeting included changing all the locked gates to an electric tag...as per the garage, the installation of digital TV and appologies I cant remember!!

You will find in your Post Box your community charges for July to Dec 06 and Jan to June 07............these are exactly the same as Jan to June 06.

They are still not charging us for the garage (if you have a space) as the costs have not yet been finalised.
