This is the time for management staff to handle the crisis, instead of quitting. right ?

Management staff are supposed to be educated guys, unlike the players, who do not have EQ.

Anelka is always problem kid. Every team he play, he dont get along after 1-2 years. He has never been a team player. Any team play will just respect the coach even if the coach want to substitude him.

The coach was just criticizing him for drifting to the flanks during half time.
It was only after Anelka's verbal abuse that the coach decided to sub him.
As much as I dislike Domenech, I think Anelka was mainly at fault for this. He may have objected to the criticism but he should not have verbally abused the coach.
And the players were really childish and unprofessional to skip training in protest of his expulsion, especially when they knew it was his fault.
