In genting, I was introduced to this uncle who has been a regular for 8 years and he can tell me off this dealer spin which sector. He can get it right at least 6-7 times out of 10. Of course, some of these dealers he has seen them in action for long periods already. This is also why, dealers often have to switch around tables and type of games.

Right now in local casinos, I don't think you can find such dealers because mostly are not experienced.

I think presently now RWS do have few experience dealers who can control speed & the spin of the wheel.
These exp dealers can avoid numbers who are heavily bet on or avoid certain sectors that is heavily bet on.

Actually I did thought of this before. Buy the sector where the least bets are around. Especially during a switch in dealer. I was thinking along the line that the dealer will spin his ball into the sector which has least bets and the house will win. So we tompang on their cruelty.

But then again, not very good in observing dealer and ball spinning.
