Default Neck Pain, what to do?
First of all, this is only the beginning. It doesn't get any better. Do you happen to have access to a hot tub?

Unless you count dying as better...
All the stupid things that you did as a young man are going to come back to haunt you. Hit the hot tub.

Is he getting older than he was or not? I have to assume that he is.

What are you doing, cruising for younger women?
Does it feel muscle related? Can you go to a doctor? Maybe get muscle relaxers? I'm serious about the hot tub though. Very therapeutic.

I always punch my sore spots. Shows them who's boss.

Have some beer to help your muscles relax. As an added plus, it will also make you strong enough to pull the ears off a gundark

When I move my head to the left, the right part of my neck aches

How do I solve this?

First time it happens to me , makes me feel old
Immediately post on Poly and wait, possibly for weeks, before you take any action based solely on the opinions of what people say in the thrade
