This happened to our gym class in High School. They laid out the cross country course not realizing that the girls would be on the range. Fortunately no one got hurt.

That was almost 40 years ago so they were using real bows, not the pansy assed ones they give to the physically incapable youth of today.

Don't be ridiculous. A 30 lb draw on a HS range bow has been standard for time immemorial.
