I tried drinking from a hose once, and only once. The taste was horrid. All metallic and gross. Take the extra time to go inside and get it from the faucet, where it tastes better. Otherwise you might as well be lapping it up from puddles like a bloody dog.

At a fair a chick in a radio station booth said to me "We are looking for people who like to listen to country music" I replied: "Why don't you check in the yellow pages, under 'drooling inbred cretins' ". She then whispered "I don't like it either, I just work here".

I'll admit that there are times that I can enjoy country music. Unfortunately those time last no longer than one or two songs. After that, I feel the urge to take a baseball bat to the speakers. IT GETS OLD QUICK.

Country is despised by the beltway folks, and for good reason, because it's decent music.
