Default Teh South Park Season 13 Thread (Spoilers!)
Meh first half, but the last eight minutes or so (Mickey Mouse and the funeral) were gold.

My lawyer instincts kicked in. "You're going to portray Mickey Mouse as WHAT?!?" I see a lawsuit coming!

Sure. Satire and humor is not actionable, but Disney attack lawyers can make your life miserable until their case is finally dismissed.

Batman/Watchmen parody + "Then a black man was elected president. He was supposed to change things. He didn't." + "insensitive to butt pirates" + the leprechaun guy+ Professor Chaos + Bruce Vilanch + Coon Big Wheel = awesome episode.

"Margaritaville" is the best episode they've shown in a long time.

Favorite points:
Cartman's "entrance" with his fingernails scratching the blackboard.
Kyle returning the Margarita mixer to the Treasury Dept. and being offered trillions for it.

I saw the Jonas Brothers one and the Coon/Mysterion one. Both were good dinnertime chucklefare, although I was amazed that they put Mickey Mouse on the show. Then again if they're not afraid of lampooning Scientology...

I haven't seen Margaritaville yet, but will soon. My new household has TiVO

A show where everyone went around farting wouldn't be funny either.

You're so very wrong...

It was a fairly weak episode but I LOLed when the lady in court did the speach with her vagina.

Also for some reason this episode reminded me of AC

I saw the fishsticks one last night and thought it was pretty good. It seems this season is shaping up to be a return to form.

Wow, you totally missed the point of the episode.

The entire episode was about Cartman's view of how things happen, Kanye West, & Carlos Mencia. The fishsticks joke was just a set up to go after all of that.

Back to Margaritaville - our most senior religious leader in the UK (though he has far less influence than his counterparts in the US) had this to say today:

It's almost as if he watched the episode and missed the point as well.

We don't have a senior religious leader, in fact, if you wanted to get all our senior religious leaders together you would have a crowd larger than Congress.

Pinewood Racer = Good episode. It didn't have me rolling on the floor, but it definitely squeezed some guffahs out of me.

I wonder if the younger Polytubbies recognized the bad James Cagney imitation.
