...means I need to spell it out for EVERYONE. (again!)

Sorry, when you spent 224 words *****ing about your job/pay issues and only 25 of those (11%) pertained to your girlfriend in particular ("suddenly my feelings towards my gf changed for the good, I now pay full attention to her and do not want to let her go"), you'll understand if it didn't seem like you had your priorities straight. For all we know, that meant your feelings toward her house changed for the good, and you don't want to let it go.

If you want to "spell it out," just be specific: do you love her, do you like her platonically, do you just not mind her being around, is she worth tolerating for the sake of security, what?

A bad situation at work can make every other situation you're in suck as well. It's entirely possible that once Snoopy decided he was no longer going to stay in Singapore, than suddenly he looked around and realized he really liked his girl. I was on and off about Bunnygrrl, about whether or not I wanted to continue the relationship, until I realized that I really did want to marry her. I'm not saying things were rosy immediately afterward. In fact, it took about another ten years for us to finally get to a point in our relationship where things are great, and we finally did get married.

It's also possible that his feelings for this girl are temporary due to the fact that she represents the freedom he didn't have at the company. Dunno.

1. I'm buying the house
2. I'm paying for the wedding
3. I love her
4. My job depressed me, which overshadowed what ever feelings I could have for anyone, which.. shock-****ing-horror, does happen in this world.

Anyone with half a brain could read that in my posts. But, as usual most people here need a spreadsheet and 1000 page book to make sense of anything, because having to think any deeper than 1cm sends their brain off in twisted directions.

Looks like I'm going to have to say goodbye to Apolyton as well, you guys really have turned this site into ****. It's become like an "old folks" home.

He's got a guilty conscience. It's pretty obvious.

It is remotely possible he isn't pond scum. The job excuse is kinda believable as che said. That said for the sake of all concerned I wouldn't rush into marriage until you know if these new feelings are real instead of temporary.

Congrats, FrostyBoy. Glad to hear you ditched the dead-end job, and I wish you and your betrothed a happy life together.

People, you're going to have to comment on FrostyBoy's posts without resorting to character attacks. If you feel you can't do that, you're going to have to stay out of the thread.
I'm pretty sure they are one and the same, Lori.

Congratulations on finding a way to lock the thread without clicking on anything then. Though I don't quite see why tbh. I suppose we could be acting as a multiheaded therapist for sn00py, and the unions could look badly on that...

Lori, has it occurred to you that FrostyBoy gets off on this stuff? I can hear the fapping from here. We're just giving him a good time. Everyone, including Frosty, knew where this thread was going when they opened it.

"Who's been a bad boy?? Who's been! Oh, spank me Apolyton, spank me."

Yeah, that's the voice of experience.

i find it curious that you listed your feelings for your girlfriend as third, as if your willingness to pay for things held greater merit.
