So, I'm here in Chicago, and the locals baffle me with thebway they dress. It's 14C, and the wind from Thames is strong and wet. I have to wear a turtleneck sweater and do up my coat. These people walk around in flip-flops and tee-shirts! Do they not feel the cold at all? Do they have anti-freeze in place of their blood? 5C and above is t-shirt weather. 0C is long-sleeve weather. -5C is summer coat weather. -20C is winter coat weather. |

they procrastinate so much, can't be even bothered to put on a jacket for "shortly" going out if it's not +5 celsius or less with 30mph+ winds...
as long as it's not seriously windy even if it's +1 mid winter you will quickly find people out in short sleeves passing you by... procrastination>cold = UK |

The weather has scrambled his brains... ![]() Have you ever experienced -46C on your own skin, buddy? Don't mess Moscow with the REAL Russia. Their winters are like springs elsewhere in Russia. |
