Default Paris - what should I do there?
Take a side trip to Verseilles. Tell them you're Louis XVII and you want your damn house back.

I liked to stroll around near Montmartre and its cathedral le Sacré-Coeur. It lost some of its charm compared to the good old times, but if you're going with your better half, it's definately a good place to visit. It's the old artists' quarter, radiating a certain cosyness that can only be described as very 'French'

House Rodin is also very nice.

And if you like impressionism, musee d'orsay and les orangeries are the place to be.

Be sure to take a walk though mont martre (not only the sacre coeur)... very nice neighbourhood... If you look closely you even find a vinyard in the middle of paris here...

For the rest... **** your brains out of course.
