DA Guerra is a looney and crook spitting out garbage just before his forced retirement. Most of this year he was himself an indited felon, on mutiple corruption charges, which were dismissed becasue of a technical defect in the appointmnet of the special prosecutor investigating him. He will reindited shortly after the new DA takes over. Since then he has been inditing all his political enemies. The inditments are not official yet, because they have not been signed off on by the presiding Judge.

I think the article pretty much explains why this is nonsense by itself.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of Republicans going to jail. But this guy seems to just be a whack-job abusing his office as he leaves.

The DA was a no show at the first set of motion hearings yesterday. The Judge sent a baliff the see if he had committed suicide or fled, but he was just hiding in his office. Nothing like good comical relief.
