Default How do You make these moving gif images?
Moving GIF is made in photoshop or the gimp by creating a multiple layer picture, with each layer being one 'frame' of the animated gif. Usually you make a background image that is the main image, and then the layers are just the parts that change.

In your avatar, for example, there are probably 4 images, with the frogs in four different places, rotated one at a time; and the eye winking is probably a small part of one of those images (but the rest of the image is just background).

You then tell it when you save it what timing to use.

Easiest way to learn is to open photoshop or gimp and open up a couple of animated GIFs ... open the Layer dialog and you'll see what I mean

Yeah, I was a bit worried about that

Fortunately I know how to change his avatar if it gets to the point of causing the apocalypse ...
