Something roughly like "discrimination based on traits you shouldn't discriminate based on". Indeed, I went too fast. Our constitution only prohibits discrimination based on race, religion and gender. Constitutionally speaking, it's okay to discriminate against youngsters, gays or disabled ![]() We have sub-constitutional laws against discrimination including ageism. It covers a range of activities such as access to public services, and access to goods and services. A café must accept to serve coffee to a Black patron, even if the tenant is racist; A grocer must serve young patrons, even if the tenant is ageist. |
