Chinese, not Chineese. You can be Emperor of poor English grammar, but that's spelling, not grammar. AFAICT, there are plenty of environmentalists in China suggesting that they shouldn't be dumping toxic waste into their drinking water, etc. The national newsletters applaud their patriotism, while the local officials getting paid to look the other way by the dumpers beat them, lock them up and convict them on trumped-up charges. So nothing gets done, really.
