Default A Long-expected Party
There, NetNet's first thread, a job well done.

So today is the going away party. Everyone will be there including Poly through this thread.

Zkrib will get the pics he wants here too if everything goes to plan.

We're also celebrating my 50th today.

NetNet is Dolores's young cousin. Thanks for the HB wishes!

LS, they always throw a party when we're leaving.

First, some pics for Zkrib, I haven't seen these myself... For those of you who don't know what's going on, during my recent visit with Lancer, I thought it'd be a cool idea to build a vacation house near Lancer's new place. Teresa's been canvassing the neighborhood, looking for a suitable place for me to build.

These are the first pics of a place she's found.

I have concerns. The place where my future house would stand looks to be only about 2-3 feet above sea level. Lancer's place has a seawall that's, what, 6-8 feet high? When the big waves hit in July, I think this place is going to be getting flooded.

Also, it's hard to tell what the boundries are. Do we know how long and wide the property is?

Lancer was in the hospital for three days shortly before I got there. It cost him $60. So that's the platform: Quality, affordable healthcare. And alcohol.
