Bison can teleport, and he has nukes, and he has a Psycho satellite that can make him invincible. Apparently his cape also gives him special powers too.

The only slight advantage Hitler might have is the fact that he's not imaginary. But as South Park would tell you, they thought ManBearPig was imaginary too...
