many,many holes from surgery that are or are in process of closing up.

One of my holes has been referred to as "That aint natural with what you are doing with it"

I once stepped on a nail. For many years afterwards, the muscles in that foot would spasm unnaturally (can you spasm naturally?) if I curled my toes of that foot. (it was actually quite pleasurable!)
So I guess that qualifies as an unnatural hole.

i got some unnatural holes due to surgery,

5 incisions for keyhole because of a stomach hernia

i also get unnatural holes when I unfortunately get injured, fortunately they don't stay all that long
