The legal drinking age should be made 50. That's about when people finally are mature enough to not abuse it, in the 50th percentile.

The legal drinking age should be whenever a kid is old enough to ask for it, and pay for it. And then everyone should be smart enough to just not drink alcohol at all.

Stop preying on our children academia It's not as bad as you think, Pat. Most 18-20 year old kids only go to college for the beer parties.

For all of the bigot Netram's attempts to claim "birth tours" were a rampant practice only 30 such cases could be identified in the state of Florida since last year.

As always certain people are attempting to portray a few isolated cases as some how a daily occurrence. It just isn't so.

What's more the article states:

Most women stay with friends or relatives and pay out of pocket, usually $4,000 in doctors' fees and $3,800 for hospital fees. When a side has to resort to lies then you know they don't have a case.

Hmm, but people need to drive to work. When do people need to drink for any reason?

The 35 yearold driving age might be easier to enforce than the 21 yearold drinking age also...

It's kind of a fact that 18 year olds are biologically less risk averse than people several years older. That is what she was trying to say, but she's clearly not being too clear when she speaks, and her statement when written out is incoherent.

Lowering the drinking age is probably a good idea just because no one follows the law anyway.

Hmmm, I wonder why that will never happen? Clearly, it isn't because age discrimination is wrong, seeing as how it is done to young people - could it be, because old people vote??

It's pretty much hypocrisy - as has been pointed out, if MADD was truly interested in safety, they would do something to actually address drunk driving, rather than just showing up to every single DWI court case they can find and make it politically impossible for a judge to give a break to a kid who made a mistake. While they're at it, they would also support my above idea about regulating old drivers.
