Not sure what video you're watching here: The Bentley driver is the ONLY person in the video NOT wearing a uniform. He's wearing a white shirt which you see at 0:25-0:26 when he begins to be pulled out of the car and chucks something out, which bounces off a second officer and comes to rest behind the rear passenger tire. The officer reaches in at 0:20. Yeah, in retrospect I think my interpretation of the guy outside the car is ****. I'm blaming the bad picture though. I didnt realize the car door was open, I just thought he was standing behind a cop so we couldnt see him clearly. I'm not sure if he chucks the object, which I assume is the phone, or if its knocked out of his hands.

In any case, the situation has clearly changed from what I thought might have been going on at that time.

Maybe the guy was huge and muscular, that would be a reason in my opinion. They tazered him cos he was not allowing himself to be cuffed i.e. he was resisting arrest.
