They should just sell naming rights to a corporate sponsor, like sports teams do. Sell it for 5 or 10 years, lather, rinse, repeat. Sweeten the deal with national holidays, stamps, music festivals, the works.

IMHO the Macedonians should accept FYROM as their name. They should simply skip the dots in between them.
