Eggs instead of meat, or even egg whites if cholesterol is a problem. Scrambled or fried, they can go with a lot of the things on there, especially hot hotsauces
![]() Also, sprouts are good on a wrap. Even if you don't normally like their texture, it can be a good texture in a wrap. (Like, alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts.) |

Keep away from eyes, children and pets. Not for people with heart or respiratory problems. I like to put a lot on. We'll see if it is as good as it says. |

I'm POSITIVE, you can find Dave's Insanity sauce close by your house somewhere. You may have to go to some speciality grocer or something (I think Whole Foods may have it), but it's there.
And Slow is right. 1 to 2 drops is usually good enough. You say you use Texas Pete's... Dave's Insanity is FAR more spicy than that... and I've been raised on spicy as well (for instance, I eat olives stuffed with habeneros as a snack) ![]() I mean, for the love of God, Texas Pete isn't even as hot as a Jalapeno! |

Quick way to cook an egg:
You can microwave an egg, scrambled. I do it for my daughter and they are actually pretty good. Microwave safe bowl, add egg a touch of milk, salt/peper, and a pad of butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, take out scramble some more, microwave on high for an additional 30 seconds or until dry. Try it, you'll like it. Other wrap ideas: My favorite wrap is roast beef, cuccumber, tomato, sprouts, on a whole wheat wrap with plain cream cheese. IMO, bagel smears make the best condoment for wraps. |
