Default Is It Hit-&-Run if You Take the Body with You?
Being drunk is so classy.

You're right, Lord A.

It was the motorcyclist who hit and then left the scene of the accident.

It's hit and run, not hit and leave victims behind.
Left behind or hauled behind, he left.
What was the speed limit on the road the motorcycle was doing 80? Seems that should be asked.

That dude is so screwed

That dude is so screwed Tony Martinez, 54, pulled out of a parking lot Saturday night and cut off motorcyclist Nicholas Justin Campbell, who was traveling at about 80 mph, California Highway Patrol spokesman Ron Thatcher said. The mototcycle was going 80, in what you suppose to be a 45 zone. He is screwed, if you're talking motorcycle driver. He's dead.
As far as the actual accident, it appears the driver of the car may have a fallback position. The speed of the motorcycle.

A motorcycle hits your car at 80mph and you don't notice?

Bullshit. BULLSHIT.

He fled and then thought better of it and turned himself in.
