It doesn't at long ranges, but you are not usually shooting at those ranges. Part of the whole WWI/WWII think were the rifles would be accurate at 3000 yards, but what is the point if your fighting in cities?

For teh record, I think it's BS. There's too much assertion of deliberate nastiness on the part of teh Bush Admin. It's silly, cuz the reality is horrible enough. I don't think anyone is suggesting Bush is responsible for fragging Tillman. However, someone is responsible for covering up the fact that it was friendly fire, and it may well be just the usual ass-covering reflex that covered up the possibility he was fragged.

We already know that the administration will spread BS about soldiers. That poor Lynch girl is evidence of that. She seems such a sweet and inoffensive person, and she had to put up with that bull.
