Close firefox. It takes up like 80-100 megs of space when I use it. at least. What a pain in the ass. I would say switch to Safari but the font smoothing has made me suicidal.

like I said, I like to keep it running in the background of world of warcraft. But it seems to be harder now. I think it eats up more resources, and causes the game to be jerky.

I use the mouse to hit the x button.

sometimes it causes jerkiness in wow, sometimes it doesn't. Though this was the case with the old version. So I can't definately say it uses more resources. I'm not sure what causes it. Perhaps the website in question has more ads and graphics. Allakazam I'm talking about. I seem to have better performances when I'm on the thotbot webpage.

I hate alt because I sometimes hit the windows key. really a problem when playing a game.

I do have to hit ctrl alot for the game I'm playing now. I have no problem there.

so I'm trying to figure out this spell checker.

I'm assuming if you capitalize something, it will assume it's a name and won't say it's wrong. But if you add an s to the end, it says it's wrong again. I was trying to figure out why Klingon was okay but Vulcans is not. And okay is not okay, as it really is just a phoenetic (sp is off, but I"m too lazy to look it up) way of saying ok. But ok isn't ok either. Is ok not a word?

What amuses me is that people have 1-2gb of ram, and are unwilling to give even 5-10% of that to the single application that they get more use out of than any other application (on average)... I have 2GB but I still am irritated when FF uses ~25% of that.
