Hi,
I've just recently moved to Dubai and was wondering if anyone knows of some Orthodox Churches close by.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is St Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, but its unclear whether its in use or construction completed. You can see it on emiratesgreeks.com:

Directions:
The Greek Church is located in Jebel Ali, on the back side of Jebel Ali Hospital.

Take Exit 25 on Sheikh Zayed Road (on the way to Abu Dhabi), after Ibn Battuta exit. Go to the opposite side, over the bridge and follow the sign for Jebel Ali Hospital. There are at least three churches in the vicinity, including the Coptic Church. The Greek Church could be easily identified by its outer shape.

There is St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church under Antioch services are in arabic and is housed in one of the halls in St Andrews Anglican church:
