I don't have much faith in the human race as far as intelligence goes, I think we are currently living in a form of idiocracy. However, I did not think that there was a large amount of people that were evil. Anyone willing to throw an animal from a moving vehicle at all, let alone in traffic, is the scum of the earth, souless, evil, pos, lower than low, etc. To hear that this happens on a regular basis makes me wonder if I am just naive to the amount of evil humans surrounding me or if this is simply not true. A whole litter? Really? And these aren't small puppies, then add the full grown mother dog too? This story seems so unbelievable on some level but why would one make it up?

I read something like that and I have the same reaction as you. The only thing you can do is to never do anything like that yourself, and if you see anyone or know of anyone doing something like that, turn them in and testify against them. The system will likely not give them punishment they deserve nor make any effort to reform them. Eventually, these people will receive the same treatment they dish out. They will reap what they sow.
