Yep, you are right......

To those living down under, the rules in Australia are different than the ones in the US and Canada so that the documents that I could send you would be of no use to you........shipping the kit in the US is only $1.50 + .50 cents for the enveloped and $1.20 for to print the paper work for a total of $3.20............but to Australia? I won't even ask...is not really a matter of the money but of doing all that for nothing

I'm pretty sure land was alloted on a patent basis way back in the begining of settlement here and around 1946 they introduced a new Land Titles system that became the Torrens (?) system. There are remnants of concepts like adverse possession and such. Any clues or hints on how to bring land out of the post 1946 legislated system is what I am looking for. I thinking about how it would be possible, if it would be possible to identify what is currently called crown land and a way to take possession of it or some form of protective custody on behalf of the queen. Offer to compensate you for expenses plus still stands.
