 Would you make yourself look like a Night Elf?
I know people who really do seem to think that anime stuff looks good. And I don't mean within that art style.

night elves are horrible looking in wow. I even hate my druid, just looking at his char in the opening server screen is depressing. maybe why I don't play him anymore.
blood elves on the other hand... |

we all know Tuaren women are the hottest.
I've actually seen more tuaren females than dwarf females.

FACT: If one could do this, all the men would be pansies and all the women would be ****ers who were originally men.
Just like in every fantasy anything! Elves do have their uses though, they gather all the idiots together (especially anything resembling drow) so we respectable folk don't have to deal with that lot. |

 In WoW I played most a female tauren druid and female troll rogue  .This was mainly because I found the males of those races too buff (not that the Human male isn't even worse).

If radical physical alteration was as cheap and easy as changing hair colour or coloured contact lenses, I'd change every week or so.

This is true, dis. Even my old POS comp from '98 had a DVD drive. Luckily, more and more are coming out on DVD now, though I wish they would continue using jewel cases as those giant DVD boxes suck. Just gives one more reason to crack...

If messing with DNA I think it would be better to change your concept of beauty than it would be to change your physical appearance.
That way you can make even ugly women look attractive.
