""He is one of the best drivers I've ever seen in my life," revealed Lee Michie, who has known Wiley for some time. "But he's the worst person I've ever met.""

Previously, Wiley has been charged with stealing vehicles, attacking his wife, kicking a policeman and he is awaiting trial on drugs charges. I would pay good money to see a one-legged man kick a policeman.

What? Did you expect him to hit the cop instead?

"Many times, he'd come [to court] in a wheelchair. Judges would feel sorry and it would keep going, and going."

Wiley drives by maneuvering his arm stump into the crevice by the horn, and pressing his chest on the wheel to move it.
He keeps a key in the ignition for speedier access.
