Default So, whats up with BinLaden?

How can they look for him, if they're not sure if he's dead or alive?

Ooops, they actually know he's either dead or alive. But they are experts...

The war is not meant to be won. It is meant to be continuous.

-Arrian Indeed.

Hes probably in hiding somewhere in Pakistan, with a very small party of close supporters. To get him, the govt of Pakistan would have to crush the Pashtuns who actually control NWFP. Or US forces would have to go into NWFP in large numbers. Either would likely lead to an Islamist coup against Perv, and a HamidGul-ISI-MMA govt in Pakistan, which would lead to a major regional war involving Pakistan, India, the US, and probably others. Would that be worth it if it solved all our problems with Islamic radicalism? Maybe. But A. It wouldnt, cause AQ can function without OBL and B. It would like "breed extremists" far more than the invasion of Iraq is said to have.

Who cares about finding Bin Laden, Iran's nuclear program, etc.? We've got to use all US intelligence resources to study global warming!

The FBI refuses to list 9/11 as one of the crimes for which Osama is wanted, and FBI spokesman Rex Tomb has gone on record saying "the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.” You know the government never indicts someone on all crimes, just in case they lose the trial. If they try him on the African bombings and lose, they still have 9/11 in reserve. Saddam was only tried for two crimes. It's not like they didn't have hard evidence he invaded Kuwait.

Yes, and ABCNews reported that the anthrax was of a kind only made in Iraq. There's lots of BS to go around.

Frankly, the FBI is refusing to provide Congress with a lot of info, not just on the anthrax case. The current Administration seems to hold the view that Congress' oversight role is limited to what the Administration tells it. So I'm not inclined to see that as evidence of wrong-doing.

Looks like the same guy to me.

As for the FBI thing - once again, it appears that if a government agency says or does anything that might (appear) to help the 9/11 TRUTH! line, it's gospel. If they disagree with the TRUTH!, they're a pack of liars.
