I dunno. We had a wrongful death action against a group of guys who had been convicted of manslaughter. The plaintiff requested leave of court to serve on of them by publishing in a newspaper because the defendant couldn't be located. Er...isn't he is jail?? Nope, he was sentenced to only six months and had been released.

So some racist guy got a beatdown for being a jackass, and happened to die from it. Now it's a horrible travesty that his attackers get out in 5-6 years? Forgive me if ATM fees seem more relevant to me.
