Default Too much pollution. Blame the Yanks.
What you want to be worrying is the Chinese industry, we'll undoubtetly see a lot of more polluting in there, and me thinks they won't do much about it.

Well, I seem to recall, that during the industrial revolution, british solution to blackening cities was to build the smokestacks higher... So that the winds would sweep the ashes and whatnots to France.
