Default Don't drive behind a Greyhound bus.
You must have missed the part that said the plaintiffs were Canadian and they were driving an SUV. That's two very good reasons.

Was it one of the people on the bus throwing out a bucket of **** or was it some sort of mechanical trouble?

Either way Oggie is totally wrong. Grey Hound is not public transit and instead is a privately owned and operated company in the transportation business just like the airlines or the ship companies running cruises. Grey Hound is mass transit just like all public transit (or airlines or ships for that matter) but it is most certainly not public.

Well truth be told, I didn't actually say Greyhound was public transportation. I merely commented that public transportation .

True. Greyhouse shudda pounced on this problem early--offered to pay to have the car cleaned and to pay for the medical check-ups. Maybe with a letter of apology from the corporation's President (carefully worded of course so that no admission could come back and bite them in a later court case).

Good P.R. is cheaper than defending a lawsuit.

Right, I mean of course some extra money too, not just cleaning the car... that's what I consider to be a compensation. You know, and no insults.. it's like what is enough, I don't know. Something nice. But not like a free ticket to Idaho on Greyhound buses.. that would be an insult.

A trip to Hawaii would be nice. Even a really really nice dinner, yes? Night out, expenses paid. Nice dinner, a movie, some drinks.. I'd think that would be nice and in order, since that incident obviosuly ruined their night, they shoudl have a new night now.

To make it really nice, that's what.. few thousand dollars max... I don't think that's too much to ask.
