Right, that's what I anticipated.. incompetence of _supervisors_ or managment. It doesn't say anythign about executives

If there's a problem with executives and higher managment, then there's a problem with Lidl as a company. Otherwise it's a problem of bad HR.

And what's weird about that, except for the last quoted piece, which brings aboslutely nothing to the table, no examples, nothing.

THe first two quotes are perfectly normal, legal and moral. You will be in a quest to find a company that acts any differently.

In this case it's just empty claims, unless we know what intimidation means in terms of what has happened etc.. but sure if it really has happened and crossed the lines of acceptable, then they are to blame for it. Or at least someone is.
