I wanted to know if its possible to create a holographic duel ring. I would like to try it if it is. and i would like information about it if its possible.

Sega has technology that they use for these live vocaloid holographic 3d performances. This tech uses translucent screens to project an image that appears 3D.

the comparison technology is what the Gorillaz used 5 years ago at the grammys:

acctually it would be easier and cheaper to do it like how Zexal does it with weird scouter lookin' things because if you watch they explain how it works and its not to different from what the 3DS uses but to acctually answer your question yes
