Someone who knows what they're doing want to use teamviewer to help me install sound driver for this HP laptop for me, please?
Will greatly appreciate it.

I've tried and tried, but HP just isn't the same as Sony or Toshiba. I'm so confused with what to install and whatnot. I keep doing what they tell me but it comes up as an error.
