You can always force your printer to print black-and-white using the Adv Options.

HaHaHaH, I agree with you, Printers are pathetic.

Here's a script were I use my printer:

Me: (push print button)
Printer: ERROR PRESS RED BUTTON TO CANCEL
Me: AAAAARGH, THERE IS A HUNDRED RED BUTTONS! (Pushes all red buttons)
Printer: (explodes) ERROR, THAT HURT.

Me: (Click Scan)
Printer: ERROR REJECT INVALID SCAN
Me: ARE YOU CALLING MY YU-GI-OH INVALID!
Printer: ERROR PUSH RED BUTTON
Me: (pushes button)
Printer: (explodes) ERROR THAT HURT

Me: (Click Copy)
Printer: ERROR I HATE YOU
Me: ...
Printer: ERROR FORGOTTEN DATA
Me: HUH?
Printer: (Shoots out 500 copies)
Me: WHAT! I ONLY WANTED 1!
Printer: (Explodes) ERROR THAT HURT!
