Not the grout itself, but something to stop the water from getting into the grout and growing mold and other crap, this is for a bathroom, I can't order it online because this is for a property which I've rented out, and the tenants are moving in this weekend.

you do not say where you are, but I bought some grout sealer at Papaterras in Villa Mella....
